Four castle structures were placed throughout WeHo for The Lord of the Rings - The Rings of Power release on Amazon Prime. The Orcs were created from CGI files from the series. Each Orc was made from a combination of 3d printing, and CNC machining, then hand painted by a group of artists. Weighing over 5000 pounds, each castle was fabricated out of multiple structural materials and coated with a surface of actual concrete to maintain the realism., then painted by hand. A custom led lighting rig was included to create a fire effect mimicking a battle scene from the series.
