The Challenge Box is a 14’ h x 14’ w x 14 d, 14,000 pound geometric masterpiece created for Lockheed Martin Space and originally launched at the Space Symposium conference in Colorado Springs, in 2018. Since that date, the Challenge Box has travelled across the country as a recruitment tool for multiple divisions inside Lockheed Martin, most recently being placed at the 2022 Black Hat Cybersecurity conference in Las Vegas. The exterior is constructed of laser cut and welded aluminum with a custom black paint finish that was cured at specific temperature to achieve the high gloss finish. The interior has multiple applications including an infinity room/ hologram experience, and a 270 degree projection room, with the content continually being updated depending on the placement location.
